Use for Life Skills / Home Economics / Nutritional Sciences: Food preparation - PRESENTATION AND GARNISHES. Have students start a conversation to guess and answer the ideas about garnishes and the rules/guidelines that can help them. Teacher's notes are extensive so you a full rounded lesson and discussion. 
 
I use this worksheet in a cooking unit and after this is done, students practice their own garnishes. I also have several garnish examples, etc. so they can put together their own plated presentation.
