Drawing with Value — Looking at Leonardo Da Vinci's Mona Lisa, let's add value, shading and tone to the famous portrait. Also, we learn about how he used 2 techniques to add this value to it: Chiaroscuro and Sfumato (basic definitions) which was popular amongst some Renaissance artists. Also includes enlarged image: color, black and white and outline — for print or digital display. Some students find it easier to work value on a little larger sheet.
