I struggled to find the right hot air balloon, I didn't want it flat so came up with this 3D one you can hang. 7 pieces make up the balloon portion - comes with a page of instructions and images and then 2 pages of templates for the pieces you need. You can use various papers, strings, etc. but we choose colored pencil since balloons at that time would of had more subdued colors.
