Drawing from historical periods and eras — Native American — This worksheet set asks students to study each artifact from this time period and draw it. Helps students draw from observation, study in detail, look for things they might not see at first glance, study shading/shadow/depth/tone and learn about quirky objects. 
 
Great used as an introduction to any art history movement, time era, etc. Also beneficial for sub plans, bell ringers, early finishers, etc. I always accompany them with the time period we're studying at the time. I find students enjoy the artifacts and it connects them more with what we're studying.
