Shipping Policy

At Hope Creek Acres we strive to help our customers and make it easy for you to shop with us. This Shipping Policy outlines how we do our shipping with you/ our customers.

We can’t wait for you to get your order! We’re working hard to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible! Our current processing time is 7-10 business days after the order is placed. We make all our products in small batches, so sometimes it is a made to order situation with an order. We have a longer wait time for our products to ship out, but we sacrifice quick service for our product quality. 

We ship to the United States and Canada. We use real time calculations with USPS for shipping rates. We have a default flat rate shipping cost for all deliveries - $10.00(US). See item details for estimated arrival times.

All orders are shipped  from Lead Hill, AR. Most small packages ship via USPS.  

Please note: Once orders have left Hope Creek Acres and have been delivered to the United States Postal Service (USPS), Hope Creek Acres will have completed their shipping responsibilities. Any loss and/or delay during transit is the responsibility of the customer and the carrier used to ship the order.  
Please file a claim with the carrier if you have a lost or stolen package.

DIGITAL GOODS:

When you buy a Digital good, you will receive an email with the downloadable good soon after purchase. All digital goods are a one time purchase.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
