Return Policy

At Hope Creek Acres we strive to help our customers and make it easy for you to shop with us. This Return and Exchange Policy outlines how we accept and/or not take returns and exchanges.

RETURNS:

   We will accept returns of unopened, unused goods. Also if we have been contacted and given explanation as to the reason for return.

   Returns will only be accepted if the above and the following are met:

      -Contact us within: 10 days of delivery 

      -Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery

   Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.Refund will only go into effect once the item(s) have been returned and received in proper condition.

   The following items can’t be returned-

   Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

     -Custom or personalized orders
     -Digital downloads

     -Items on sale

EXCHANGES:

   We do not accept exchanges.
   But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

CANCELLATIONS:

   We will accept cancellations. The following must be met in order to cancel an order.

   Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

   Give adequate reason for the cancellation

   We may change this policy at any time. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting
   the revised policy on this page. The date of the last revision of this policy is set forth above at the top of this page and should be
   checked by you periodically. Your continued use of the site after such changes will constitute your acknowledgment of the updated
   policy.
